About Kristin Nesburn, MD

Dr. Nesburn is a 3rd generation ophthalmologist at American Eye Institute. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University in 1990. In 1995, she received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine where she was elected to membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Stanford University Medical Center and received her ophthalmology training at the University of California San Francisco. She has co-authored a chapter titled “New Developments in Refractive Surgery” for publication in a prestigious cornea textbook.
